With each issue of this newsletter, we will feature stories on some of the members of the great WestCor family. For this first issue, we are proud to spotlight Gilberto Lopez, a crew foreman who just happens to be our longest time field employee, having been with the company for 20 years.
Hailing from Pachuca, in the state of Hidalgo, Mexico, Gilberto has grown with the company, in both construction skills and leadership ability. Over the years, he has inspired hundreds of his co-workers to be their best and to build houses that are of the highest quality. When he is on the jobsite, you just know that the project will be done well with an emphasis on safety.
Gil devotes his personal time to his wife and two daughters, aged 21 and 7, and has an unquestioned passion for playing and watching soccer. We are sure that he is rooting for Las Vegas to become the home for the next Major League Soccer team.
